We migrated our entire website—yes, the whole thing—from WordPress to a modern, AI-powered stack using Vercel V0, ChatGPT, and Sora.

No big dev team. No weeks of agency calls.
Just a lean team, a bunch of AI tools… and a whole lot of curiosity.

And the best part?
We did it in just two weeks.

Why We Decided to Rebuild

Let’s be honest—our old WordPress site got the job done.
But as we scaled, a few things became painfully clear:

Updating pages was slow
Custom design was frustrating
SEO tweaks felt risky
And let’s not even talk about performance and page bloat

We needed something faster, cleaner, and more flexible.
And we wanted to see how far AI tools had come in building production-ready websites.

The New Stack: Built with AI in the Loop

Here’s what we used:

🧠 ChatGPT – for copywriting, structure, and component generation
🎨 Sora (by OpenAI) – to create stunning visuals and mockups
⚡️ Vercel V0 – the foundation of the site, powering design → code in real time
🔧 Manual QA + tweaks – for positioning, styling, and messaging consistency
🧭 WordPress (as headless) – only for preserving blog SEO via fallback routes

Others – Canva + ElevenLabs for Walkthru videos ( evaluated quite of lot of others but fall back to this)

This wasn’t just AI-assisted.
~85% of the new website came from AI-generated components—not mockups or ideas, but real, working UI blocks.

What We Learned

Here’s what surprised us:

1. AI isn’t just helping—it’s building

Using V0, we could prompt things like:

“Build a hero section for InboxCRM with a call-to-action and product image, styled for SaaS.”
…and in seconds, we had usable JSX with Tailwind.

2. Design is no longer the blocker

Sora let us create marketing visuals that aligned perfectly with our brand—without waiting on a designer’s bandwidth or hunting through stock sites.

3. Content got better, faster

ChatGPT helped us go from “idea” to “published page copy” 10x faster. From product positioning to meta tags—it was all there.

Generating the outline to help draft the right prompt for each of the page, once the initial design memory like primary , accent colors and fonts, icons are done, it becomes consistent pages across all the website.

4. It still needs a human touch

We spent the last 15% refining what matters most:

Message clarity
SEO structure
Interlinking and CTAs

That’s where our team came in. But AI got us most of the way there.

The Result
